Payments are processed through Stripe through this website only, payment options are listed at checkout
For payment plans, I require a 30% down payment, the rest can be split up however you wish for as long as you wish, I do prefer it is kept within 3 months if possible though!
I require the full payment before I will ship out the suit
Premades are non-refundable, regardless of it being paid in a payment plan or in full.
30% of commissions are non refundable, the further into the project I am, the less I will refund. Once the suit is finished, I will not do refunds.
I reserve the right to focus on fully paid commissions before partially paid ones

Quotes are valid until I raise any prices, after that you must fill in the form again for a new quote.
Quotes are almost always open.
You must submit a clear, digital reference sheet in order to get a quote and provide all the necessary information for me to get you the full quote. No NSFW references please. If you do not provide a reference I will disregard your form.
Quotes do NOT mean you have a commission slot, they are only meant to tell you how much it would be if you did commission me.

Shipping must be covered by the commissioner (unless stated otherwise)
With your exact shipping quote (that you get when the suit is complete), this will include FULL protection of the parcel, meaning if something unfortunately does happen, you will get your money back and we can decide what to do from there
Once the parcel leaves my possession, I am not responsible for any damages or loss caused by postal services, nor extra time/costs due to customs.
I typically ship with UPS or Royal Mail, i may be willing to ship with other services however these are the ones I prefer to use
I recycle my boxes, so your suit may be packaged in slightly tattered boxes or boxes from other large items (such as appliances).

All commissioners have a 30-day warranty that covers any issues from my own workmanship, this does not cover incorrect sizing or issues caused by misuse.
Within this 30 days, if a suit becomes damaged due to a fault of mine, I will repair it free of charge. The customer pays shipping back to me, and I will cover the cost of the return shipping.
I am not liable for any sizing issues due to faulty measurements on your part, please make sure your measurements are accurate before sending them to me.

I try my best to send as many wips to you as possible! If at any point you notice something thats incorrect or something you're unhappy with, PLEASE point it out! I am very happy to go back and change anything. If you ever want updates or more pics of the progress, please dont hesitate to let me know!
I will post WIP photos/videos to my social medias such as Instagram, Twitter/X, and Tiktok. If you would prefer for me to not post WIP photos, please let me know beforehand.
I will upload the finished project to my website/portfolio, if you have an issue with this please let me know
